IMMI is constantly striving to design, test, and manufacture the superior engineered solutions with excellence. IMMI is also dedicated to serving our customers with the best customer service possible.

Requirements for a Refund:

1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase. *Custom products are NOT eligible for refunds.*

2. Item(s) must be in new and unused condition.

3. Item(s) must be related to a BuyIMMI.com order. BuyIMMI.com does NOT offer refunds on items purchased outside of BuyIMMI.com.

Shipping and Reimbursement Policies:

1. Any shipping cost from the original order and non-refundable.

2. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable. (Unless the refund is due to a BuyIMMI.com error.) 

a. Item(s) should be returned in their original packaging

b. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the package is returned to IMMI’s Westfield, IN location. (It is recommended that a shipping method with tracking is selected) 

3. A 15% restocking fee applies, unless the refund is due to a BuyIMMI.com error.

4. All refunds will be issued to the method of payment used for the original purchase.

5. Partial refunds may be granted at BuyIMMI.com’s sole discretion in the following situations:

a. An item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

b. An item is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:

1. A product sent to BuyIMMI for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.

2. Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including improper installation or operation.

3. Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

Return & Refund Process

If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please request refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your product(s).

Login to your Account

Login to your BuyIMMI account, which will then bring you to your account dashboard.

Select “Orders”

Click on the “Orders” tab and find the order you would like to return.

Click “View”

Click on the “View” button on the order you would like to place a refund.

Select “Ask For a Refund” or “Refund My Entire Order”

If you select “Ask For a Refund” you are requesting a refund for an individual item in your order. “Refund My Entire Order” refunds you the amount of all the items ordered.

Complete the Form

A message box will appear. Type in the message box explaining why you are asking for a refund. Attaching images is HIGHLY recommended for BuyIMMI to determine if a refund is necessary. Don’t forget to click the “Submit” button once you are finished.

You will Receive An Email

Once our team gathers the necessary information, you will receive an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) form via email. Please print and include this in your return package.

Final Confirmation

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refunded amount. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment card within 3-5 business days.
